Arriving on time to pick up your kids/ ward communicates respect and regard for the teachers’ time. After school hours, are the teacher’s class planning & preparation time, which is critical to ensure your children gets a rich educational experience during school hours. When parents arrive late this has a direct impact of the effective use of the teachers’ time.
