Teachers become demotivated and disengaged when not adequately compensated for their work, leading to lower student outcomes.

Furthermore, low remuneration can lead to a shortage of qualified and experienced teachers. It can also have a lasting impact on the students’ prospects. Students taught by overworked and underpaid teachers may not receive the education they deserve.

Also Teachers’ remuneration affects education beyond the classroom, as it can help to create a stable and sustainable education system.
